We are currently in network with the insurance providers listed below for chiropractic care. However, we strongly recommend you check with your insurance provider directly to make sure your specifit plan covers chiropractic services.
We do not summit massage services provided by our licensed massage therapies through insurance. We can however provide a "super bill" that you can summit to your insurance for possible reimbursement for massage.

Harpers Ferry Chiropractic, PLLC believes in the value of care for you and your family toward the goal of achieving total health and wellness. Because of this our office participates in most insurance programs, but please contact your insurance provider if you have any questions about your individual or family plans. All plans are different, so it is important to know what your plan covers before you seek care. For patients who have little or no insurance coverage we follow a reasonable and customary fee schedule and accept cash, check or credit cards as forms of payment. If you have any questions about insurance or cash payment options, please give us a call and we will do our best to help.
Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. Because there are so many insurance plans out there, and because coverage for care varies widely, please call your insurance company to find out if your plan covers the service you are interested in. Before you start a care plan, our staff would be happy to verify your benefits and explain them to you at no charge.
Our goal at Harpers Ferry Chiropractic, PLLC is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of integrated healthcare. Many patients choose to pay directly for their visits, especially as they discover that alternative therapy is actually extremely cost-effective and affordable. For these patients, the care we provide is often cheaper and more effective than alternative pain treatments such as pain medications or invasive surgery.

NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
- 1st no show/late cancellation: 50% of the scheduled visit fee
- 2nd and subsequent no show/late cancellation: 100% of the scheduled visit fee
