My name is Dr. Alissa Harris. I am originally from Grantsville, West Virginia. I was first introduced to Chiropractic at the age of 8 after sustaining a sports related injury. It was a local chiropractor that helped me recover quickly and without the use of drugs or surgery. Ever since then it has been my dream to be a chiropractor and help others.
My name is Beth Ripka. I Graduated from Central Maryland school of massage in 2016.
I became a massage therapist because I personally felt the amazing healing effects from massage and wanted to help others heal through the power of massage.
I enjoy learning and continuing to develop my skills to better help my clients, As a massage therapist I use a variety of techniques so I can cater to each clients needs. I feel massage has so many benefits for physical, mental and emotional well-being.
When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, taking walks and being by the water
Originally from Brooklyn, NY, I spent 20 years in Central Florida and moved to Charles Town, WV in 2004. Something that started as a self-improvement and well-being journey for me, turned into a passion for functional exercise and helping others accomplish that same goal.
I have 14years experience as a certified personal trainer (IFTA), specializing in instability, mobility and increasing range of motion. I have a background in Law Enforcement and as a certified Defensive Tactics Instructor.
I try to incorporate a variety of methods and techniques to help increase strength, stamina and promote healthy core function, but most importantly, building confidence while keeping it FUN and innovative. Building upon an individual's strengths and focusing on weak areas, is key to maintaining a healthy, happy body and mind!
